Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. If you don’t cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full amount of your service. No shows will be charged the full price of the service as well. ABSOLUTELY NO EXTRA GUESTS. If you are sick please do not come to your appointment, reach out to me so we can cancel or reschedule. For the event Brunch & Brushes, one ticket it purchased it is not refundable. You may sell your ticket in the event something comes up and you can no longer attend, but Jas Renee Artistry is no responsible for the sale of the ticket or anything regarding the transaction for reselling your ticket(s). LATE POLICY: You will have a 10minute grace period, after 10 mins you will be charge an additional $15, after 15 mins your appointment will be canceled. NO SHOW FEE: If you are a no show to your appointment and fail to cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $50 no-show fee. Deposit paid will not apply.
